Account Deletion - Veer Live App

If you wish to delete your Veer Live account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

Option 1: Delete Account from the App

1. Open the Veer Live app on your device and log in to your account.

2. Go to your Profile tab.

3. Tap the Settings icon (top right).

4. Select Account Settings → Delete Account.

5. Confirm your decision. Your account and personal data will be permanently removed.

Option 2: Request Deletion via Email

If you are unable to access the app, send an email to admin@veerlive.com from your registered email address with the following details:

• Subject: Account Deletion Request
• Your registered username or phone number
• Reason for deletion (optional)

Our team will verify your request and process the deletion within 7 business days.

What Data is Deleted

Once your account deletion is processed, the following information will be permanently removed:

• Profile information (name, username, email, phone number, profile picture, bio)
• All uploaded videos, posts, comments, and reactions
• Followers, following, and chat conversations
• Wallet balance, coins, and transaction history
• Device tokens and login sessions

Data Retained After Deletion

For legal, security, and fraud-prevention purposes, certain anonymized records may be retained for a limited period as required by applicable law:

• Transaction records and tax-related data (retained for up to 7 years as required by financial regulations)
• Anonymized analytics data (does not personally identify you)
• Records related to ongoing legal investigations or disputes
